Purchases made directly through SoulCarrier.com are shipped via Fedex or UPS with tracking and insurance.
Following your purchase, if you haven’t already met with Jennifer, you will be sent details on booking a video call to choose your exact bag. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days, we will automatically ship your order to the address confirmed at checkout.
We are happy to work with you on exchanges should you want a different design, pattern or product. We also accept returns of unused items in new condition within 14 days of purchase according to our refund policy. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
