  3. Choose to pay in 4 installments.

Your first payment is either due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. Don't worry, you'll get an email reminder before each payment to remind you.

Are there late fees?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

Does Shop Pay Affect My Credit Score?  

No, it does not impact on your credit score.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 24 hours of your online purchase, unless otherwise notified. Packages are mailed using the carrier of the customer's choice. We use United States Postal Service, UPS and FED EX - please choose accordingly upon check out, rates will vary depending on distance and weight. 

 

Soul Carrier Return + Exchanges 

While we are sure you will love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. Items purchased from our website must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in order to receive a full refund. All items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and unworn, in order to receive a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Return must include original packing slip so we can process your order. We will also issue a $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. If you are looking to exchange your purchase, a return will need to be issued and you can place a new order online that qualifies for free shipping.

Warranties + Repairs 

We want our handbags to continually be part of your wardrobe, however repairs due to the natural wear and tear of usage are beyond the scope of our responsibility. That said, we will review items on a case by case basis. Leather naturally evolves, patinas and changes with time and we cannot be responsible for the organic evolution of leather that takes place due to customer use and exposure to various elements. We are happy to point you in the right direction when it comes to cleaning your bag, and any questions you may have. 

Textiles

Our handbags are created out of natural cowhide. No two cowhides are exactly alike. Each cowhide is sourced from a separate cow, and thus, will have slight variations in its appearance. During production, we strive really hard to source leather that looks exactly like the leather in our photography, however, there is always the chance our finished product may have slight variations in its leather composure – we consider this a design asset as it makes each of our bags unique. The silhouette and design features of each bag, will of course, be the same as what appears in our photography.

Caring For Your Bag

Leather is a delicate textile and will have wear and tear over time. To remove a stain, gently spot treat with a damp cloth. Keep in mind cowhide will naturally thin out if there is continuous abrasion, so be mindful when treating any stains. Do not over use water or aggressive cleaners to rub out a stain.  The following two leather cleaning brands offer products we recommend. They can be find online, at CVS, Target and Amazon.
